Well hey the weight is going down... that's a plus! I went to the gym yesterday and will go again today and tomorrow so that gets my 3 days in this week. I've been good about my eating lately but I kinda feel like my weight loss has been a cheat. I've been so stressed lately and I don't know if I've mentioned to anyone on here that I'm bipolar... so anyway I started back on my meds again and I think the weight loss is mostly a result of the medication. I'm on week 2 and they put my on Topimax and on of the main side effects is weight loss because it is somewhat of an appetite suppressant and I just feel so busy lately that I don't think about food and when I do eat... it's just not all that much. I eat one of those D-lites breakfast things in the morning (so good) drink water or crystal lite throughought the day, chicken salad for lunch with unsweet tea sweetend with splenda then have like soup or chicken for dinner with a piece of cheese or some tomatoe maybe cuz I just don't feel like cooking. So my food choices feel really effortless lately and I haven't been thinking of food which is the only reason I think I've been losing weight. Either way, I'll take it. Doctor said I'm doing a good job and to stick to South Beach and regardless of being at a stand still, eventually the weight will come off... I just gotta kick it up at the gym so hopefully my new closer gym will help me kick things up a notch... and my crazy pills might help, haha. Hope everyone else is doing good! I can't wait to see my family a week from tomorrow!!!
