Robin, WOE stands for Way Of Eating. There are many different paths to losing and maintaining weight, and people on this site choose a great variety of them. We each have our own WOE, what works for one may not work for another. Welcome, and good luck on your journey.

looks good. For me shrimp and veggies, but I don't do rice. not on diet or not. Just never cared 4 it.
