I should know better, but went for a run with a tight hammy, which turned into a tight calf. I pushed it a little further trying to get my goals. Now walking is a challenge. Oh well. A little rest on the way!

That blows! If you have a muscle roller then use it! Otherwise try a tennis ball. Rest is good, let yourself have it.

Take a teaspoon of sea salt in a glass of water, that will help with cramps.

Glad you are feeling better!!! I think messed myself up a bit today. 11.5 mile walk after quite a lot of lifting in the morning, and now I've got an old achilles tendon injury acting up.... I want to be 18 again!
