Any Females who struggle with extreme chocolate cravings...Try adding a little bit of cacao powder into random things like your coffee,oats,smoothies and protein shakes...It helps and it doesn't add a lot of calories at all...its also good for hormone balance😇👌

I don't "struggle" with chocolate cravings... ;) (My calorie count / food choice is modified some days to adjust for my love of chocolate, but thank you for a great tip which I will definitely use!)
