So I have definitely been COMPLETELY off track which equaled a 5lb gain in the past couple weeks...between bbqs with the family and a full weekend of wedding events I have been totally derailed. However, I'm back in FL now and ready to get back on track. I strained my calf muscle so I haven't been able to work out either...I think I will be good to go tomorrow tho and I'm looking forward to getting back into running. New day tomorrow!
