PCOS is the most frustrating thing ever. Before my holiday in July, I worked hard and reached 55 which was a total weight loss of 3kgs since Jan. After my holiday I July, I got sick and then travelled a bit for work but I was managing what I ate and tried exercising when I could. And this morning I am almost back to where I started. And I’m highly frustrated. And saddened. I wish my body was normal and I could lose weight and keep it off but seems like I may have to be strict with myself always.
