A treat is important every now and then yes! Couldn't find any info on how heavy the whole thing is, but I'm guessing based on the name, the patties are half a pound total. It's a limited edition apparently so if any of you guys want them to stay or come back you need to go and get one 😂 😤

Yes, but ditched the 🍟 for side salad 18 cals and the balsamic dressing is about 30 cals, so that helps.

A bit of saturated fat is OK, really sugar is the worst thing starchy carbs are OK, but sugar as well being high in calories also makes you tired. Thing is people can treat themselves but just need to balance it out with healthier food at other times of the day. Nowt wrong with an occasional treat!
