2weeks of really bad eating, this morning I had sweet Stix and shortbread biscuits for breakfast.... Ok but there is method to my madness.... I have been really good for the last 13 weeks and I have managed to loose over 6kgs, I've reached my short-term goal. Now I'm preparing to get into the best shape of my life, I have 3.7kg to loose to be at my goal weight and the next 12 weeks is going to be the hardest I'm going to try tone up and build muscle while trying to loose weight.... Mentally I am going to need to be in the right frame of mind to achieve this goal. 12 weeks 3.7kg and 15% of BF to shed.... Can I do it..... Yes I can and will.... Come Sunday day 1 I'm waiting for you.
