I swear I don't know how my pants still fit!! The scale said 124 today, lovely. Forget recording it though..no more zigzaging on the chart, enough is enough! I'm a little nervous bacause I am going to be eating out today, I am going shopping for clothes today. Now is the moment I regret the last couple of weeks. Oh well, maybe some new clothes will give me the confidence boost I need to get back in the right mindset and feel better about myself. Yeah, I'm still not a size two, but I'm not a size 9 either, which is where I started. I am worried about finding what size I am, though it shouldn't bother me if sizes vary. I am such a mental case. I hate buying even a size bigger than what I feel I should be in. But I definitley need to wear real clothes every day, even when I don't go anywhere, not baggy shorts that are falling off. Wearing decent clothes makes me want to stay on track too sometimes.
Some things I have thought of to help me destress OTHER THAN MUNCHING: dancing, taking a nap if I need it, take deep breaths, do a yoga move or stretch, march around the house if I can't get out. I wish I could think of some more.

OF COURSE shopping will make it all better!!! :) It always does! seriously... I love shopping! Go ahead and buy your clothes a little snug, you will be in them comfortaby real soon, i have faith you will get it right and head back down! Good thoughts on the destressing!

I don't like clothes shopping either. Did you have a good day though? Hope it was ok and not too depressing or upsetting!
