Good Friday everyone. We all survived another week.
Had a little treat last night but had room for it in the RDI table so don't feel too guilty.
I've been reading the book "Women Food and God" which is a neat read in the fact that some of us put a bad spin on food and quantities etc.
Anyhow, It is a good read. That being said, I had a good workout this morning (50min on the Spin Bike) and am looking forward to a nice lunch.
On another note of books, maybe K8tk's book will be published soon and I can read it for further food exercise growth. WHO knows.
