Can somebody please explain macros to me and how I should adhere to them if I am to lose weight? These are my macros for last week. I am not on a high fat diet, I just try eat healthy. Should I conform to the apps macros goals?

It looks good! I find that I loose better if my macros looks like your's... Both Carbs and Fat slightly below 40%... Sorry, I can't explain it. I think what works for me won't necessary work for you so play around with it but it looks like you have a winning recipe!

Thank you! I was really concerned that I wasn’t doing weight while my Macros look like this, but since then I’ve lost weight so I think this is working

Google macro calculator. It will help you set your macros to your needs. Its important to be on the correct macro configuration as otherwise you could be eating well but still not loosing weight.

fat mike is right. If you want to GREATLY accelerate your FAT loss(not just weight loss from the wrong places that does your shape no good ) then you have to macro balance properly If you need some guidance you welcome to contact me laurencemerlin@bigpond.com
