Yesterday the diet was out the window. Went out with my friend for lunch. Shared a seafood platter. Had two quarters of panini and two glasses of wine. The only regret is the plain yoghurt ice cream I had, which turned out to be drenched in something very syrupy and sweet. In my defence. I did not finish the ice cream.
