I decided to start my small and humble not drinking challenge. Probably I should start from one week not drinking commitment. Normally lately I drank wine (some times not only wine) at least three times a week. It feels bad. It's difficult to start on Friday since my wine days were mostly fri, sat and sun. I always overeat and eat junk with wine. Though normally I eat quite healthy. I don't know at the moment how to support myself emotionally without sugar an wine
