Today is going pretty well.. i havent really eatin today yet.. once i get situated i'm going to make some tuna.. and cut up da romaine lettuce.. other then that i jumped on the scale today and my weight is at 211.8 which i'm really happy about.. so even though i cheated for a couple days i'm stil on track.. i cant wait till i get down to 199..i hate that i've been past that since last summer.. cause before that i worked pretty hard to get down to 184 the only thing that i'm worried about that i dont want to gain the weight once i've lost.. well my ultimate goal overral is to get to less then 184 cause i havent been able to do that since i started really dieting which was in 2002.. so that is what i'm working thowards and also now that i've gotten past 216.4 so i really want to start trying to work out for 1/2 an hour atleast 5 times a week.. i really want to start working on my health.. not just my weight cause eventhough i'm only 23 its never too early to start thinking about that.. so yeah i'm really excited and now that i know that i'm loosing the weight i can really focus on making sure that i dont cheat too much, cause honestly it just makes it harder to get back on track.. oh and i have to make sure to keep up on my measurements...i hope my breast size goes down.. cause since i've had sean my bust size has gone up to a 38DD and i dont really like being that big..
