got paid yesterday, and after taking care of my bills, I ordered a food scale so I can start weighing things. my portion containers , measuring cups, and eyeballing things isn't cutting it.... so hopefully this helps. I've seen many comments about the positive side of weighing out your food, so I hope it's successful.... I tend to only eat solid food during my eight-ten hour shifts at work, so my lunch box will become properly packed from now on.
