So I had a bad day yesterday but I rocked today!! I am back on the wagon and steering in the right direction again! I am looking forward to a good week next. My motivation is in full gear. I am going grocery shopping tomorrow so I will have no excuse to eat unhealthy. i also bought me a digital scale that measures my BMI and I am hoping that will give an extra boost of motivation. i have already picked out several new recipes out of my WW cookbook that I am looking forward to trying.

Excellent day! You sound very motivated...keep it up, it looks good on you! I love WW cookbooks, it is fun just to look through and realize all the yummy things available to us. Go girl!! You are back on the wagon and moving along!

Good girl!!! Yesterday was just a (totally allowed!) blip in your radar. I've been going through my cookbooks too - writing out lots of recipes but they all seem to have peppers in them YUK.. some you can just leave them out, some not...... Oh well. Glad you are feeling better now!
