Been a little bit since I posted or really kept track of my diet. I've actually been pretty lax with it.. I'm hovering around 216 -217 still and I have come to the realization that unfortunately I will not hit my short term goal by Monday(my Birthday)..And that's Ok.. im getting toned and some old clothes are fitting me better.I have been maintaining and will enjoy myself this weekend.. I have my next short term goal in mind and will strive to hit that. Next few weeks are going to be stressful and emotional..staying active will really help.
