My daughter sent me to the store to get eggs... I went to the store with all my trigger foods. Had to walk right past one of them to get the eggs. Noticed another one on the way back up the aisle. And didn’t. even. blink! It was so easy to walk in and out without my favorite stuff because I’ve already planned to eat it again on Thanksgiving. I’ve been losing about 1.5lbs a day, and it’s motivating me to stay on track. I’m so happy I was able to go in that store without a problem!
