Okay, I don't even want to talk about today!I absolutely, positively blew it! I know it is my birthday but I feel so guilty about overindulging. Anytime I mess up I go all out. I can't stop at one small slip, I completely jump overboard. I ate cake twice and I ate chicken fried steak for lunch. I also had about 4 mountain dews(they tasted sooooo good!!)Tomorrow is gonna be a good day! I am gonna exercise until my legs fall off!

It's okay. It was your birthday and you had fun (as you should have). Tomorrow you can get back on that wagon and move on! :)

Uhm... *cough, cough*... I don't think so!! You stop that! NO BEATING up on yourself over it, not one bit! NOT allowed! You had a day off, ... SO WHAT!? It was your BIRTHDAY, you aren't going to continue the trend and you can't go back and change what you chose to do. NO GUILT!! It'll be fine! I'm sure a high day was in order, right? =D lol Don't look back, chin up, dust off and back to it! You'll be fine with a day of eating well, drinking lots of water and gettin' back to a good routine! :) YOU can DO IT!

Take a note from Caged Liberty on my Feel Good Challenge - WILL THIS MATTER A MONTH FROM NOW????? Heck, this won't even matter a week from now!!! The only thing that you have to worry about is getting back on track quickly, because an entire week of birthday eating might be going a little far!! :D
