Another super lunch, should be around 700cal? Maybe 600. Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, smoked salmon, seeds & almonds, soy & sesame oil. Greek yogurt, raspberries, and almonds. YES, I LOVE ALMONDS, it's an obsession actually. In food, fragrance or cosmetics. Started to prepare the 1y box <3 I like to create things, write letters... Miss my bear.

700 calories for lunch for me would mean little for dinner during the work week as about 350 for my am smoothie and 1200. for the day .

I usually have around 1600/1800 per day and this was 780 in total (I’ve counted to be sure). It was a huge portion too (something you can control). 1200c would be too low for me, that’s what I spend without even moving..
