LIVID!!!! I am so pissed today! STILL no movement on the scale and I am starting to get really upset here. I am writing down everything, eating well within my calories and eating healthy food at that, moving my ass, drinking water, blah blah blah.... My clothes are fitting better, I feel better, all that but the dam scale will NOT budge. I know, I know... don't give it that much power yadah yadah.. I tell people that crap too but I just am tired of it...it has been a week! UGH!!!!
Ok... I vented, I feel a little better....
