Hi everyone. Longtime, no post.

I may (or may not) have broken through my plateau. Looks like it coincided with getting my lawnmower back and having a 25,000 step day last week. On the other hand, just in time for vacation.

I've been eating decent, but not tracking lately. I have to get back on that. I'll try to stay diligent this week, but I'd be only lying to myself if thought I'd re-begin to be extra detailed over a vacay to the beach. I will follow through however on taking morning walks up and down the entirety of the boardwalk, before it gets too hot. Just need to lay off the goodies on the way back...

That's it for now. I'm trying to hold off on check out of work for a couple more hours.
