Big workout yesterday. Did Mt. Peak with my wife in about 30 minutes (to the top). 3 mile loop. We hit the gym next. Upper body. Burned over 1000 calories. 🏋🏻♂️🏃🏻♂️💪🏻

Wow! I tried to walk 2 miles yesterday at Company Olympics, and about passed out. The humidity was so high, it was so hot, and my hips 'bout gave out. Three miles up a mountain and followed by weight lifting...you and your wife are awesome!
