It’s so strange how the mind works and can trick you. A big part of this plan with my hormone dr is eating at certain times of the day. Overall, I really am eating the same types of foods as I did before but having my main meal at lunch instead of dinner. So I just had baked chicken and green beans. I’m honestly stuffed. But my brain is saying “you’re starving!” because my mind knows I don’t get any other solids for the day. Only a protein shake and small snack. And I’m definitely not hungry! So just switching the times I eat is playing all kinds of tricks on me for sure. Good thing I have a strong willpower or this would be even harder. The worst part is feeling my body purge the stored carbs and not refilling it. Cravings hit hard today! I’ve got this though :)
