Down 4 lbs. this week!!!!! Hip hip hooray!! had a great day today. Followed diet well and did some intense yard work(mowing up and down hills w/ a push mower)! Didn't get to walk today because it started raining right when I got ready to walk! Bummer!

Great job on losing! And I think yard work definitely counts although I doubt it's on here. There is a site I was told about called caloriesperhour.com that has just about any activity you can imagine.
