Don't beat yourself up about it. We're humans, human error is inevitable. You seem to want to continue to overeat because you are unmotivated. If you forgive yourself and continue the new diet you are incorporating it'll be much easier. Instead of beating yourself up about it, forget it. The real cause of failure is wasting time thinking about how you messed up rather than forgiving and forgetting then continuing on with what was originally planned.

Why doesn’t everyone just GO OUT for ice cream? That’s what my husband and children do. Saves me from getting into it and it’s s nice bonding time hit them 🤷♀️

today happened but it ends at midnight. tomorrow is a fresh new day a new chance to get back on track. I find if I shop with a healthy list and dont buy anything not on the list that I end up not having my problem foods at home. I can't eat what I didn't buy. I sometimes also will get enough cash from the atm to cover what is on my list, with little extra, and take only the cash to the grocery store. Bad days happen as do bad weeks but they end and we get a fresh new day. it's up to us to rock the new day with awesome choices or fill it with bad choices we know we won't feel good about

You’re ok!! Remember it’s mind and body. Sometimes though the body is screaming eat. It’s about balance. It’s ok❤️ you have been doing so well. Daily deficit or weekly deficit or monthly deficit. Keep logging.

I've read this post several times and begin immediately to justify "oatmeal" and proceed to add butter and heavy cream, with at least one tsp of SUGAR. I think I could live on this and maybe become "the new Jered".
