Oh no, so here it starts; my lazyness. It's getting to me again, I was doing so good going to the gym everyday at lunch, getting a nice quick workout. But here it starts my lazyness is taking over. I know i have to beat this stupid thing. i know i can do it!! Today i made plans to go workout out and then go swimming with a friend. A workout buddy is always a good thing. For me it usually is, because I secretly compete with them. I never really realized that i was getting older, because even a year ago i would barely gain any weight, and if i did i lost it quickly. And now it takes time and energy to lose even half a pound.
