Tomorrow.
I didn't weigh myself this morning, but I'm doing a partial fast. I want to get down to the 133s by tomorrow. I ate well yesterday, I got one of those asian inspired bowls at Wegmans for dinner, it was quick and pretty delicious. It was vegetable dumplings and vegetable lo mein. Of course, I picked the one thing for dinner that didn't have the calorie count next to it. I was going to get the spicy shrimp roll, at 230 calories, but that would have been all I ate. I didn't think that would be filling enough. So I ate the whole thing for dinner, and a handful of smart food reduced fat white cheddar popcorn.
I didn't go over my calories, but I'm just nervous about the salt. I'll just relax, drink my water, and let the stress of running around melt the weight off.
Besides slacking off on my exercise, everything has been going well. My deficit has been working in my favor. Let's hope it's enough to combat a wicked gain on vacation.
Short and sweet. I will miss you all, and will have internet access at the resort. I don't know how often I will check in, but I shall try.
