stupid weight just keeps bouncing between 62 and 63😑 trying so hard and it's just not budging. so frustrated

There is one thing that does work (for me), but it is hard to do. For a five to seven days, cut out every thing that has sugar and added sugar in it. No fruit, nothing sweetened, nothing with a sweet taste, no commercial sauces, no flavoured yoghurt, no snacks, no sweeteners of any kind except honey, switch to low starch veggies like broccoli, spinach, peppers. It needs planning because you need to buy/shop in prep. It's a "diet shock". I can't do it for longer than a week because it is not my normal diet, but it works to move the scale as long as you eat properly and stay within your calorie allowance. I normally would increase the amount of eggs, cheese, avos, double cream yoghurt, nuts, etc., I eat to get sustained energy from fat to counter the loss of sugar.

This also works well for me. Al the hidden and not so hidden sugars... we’ve been doing it for 2 months.... you start tasting the food!!! It actually becomes a habbit and resisting sugars gets easier

Oh my goodness😂 that sounds like torture!!! But thank you for the advice. I think today is a good day to try it out, not sure how long I'll last but let's give it a shot!!

Well, this is just my opinion... Sounds like your body is "clogged" Nothing a little detox can't fix. The moment we get "clogged up" with bad sugars, carbs and and, our body goes on strike, does not loose an inch and does not take up the nutrients like it should anymore. Drink lemon juice in lukewarm water on a empty stomach every morning and an apple for breakfast. Drink Marsala and turmeric tea by Carmean, sounds terrible but believe me, its delicious and stay away from bad carbs and sweet stuff. Eat only "live" foods (veggies, fruit - 200g of chicken if you need meat) and lots and lots and lots and lots of water. This works like a bomb. Good luck

Thanks for the advice Lillkay 😊 that doesn't sound to bad. I'll definitely give it a try. I do the Lemon water in the morning (Not warm water though, cold) I fast everyday so I skip breakfast, usually stop eating around 7/8pm and then have my next meal around 2pm the next day, sometimes push it until 5pm. Perhaps I just need to shock my body and try change things up abit. I do alot of exercise throughout the day also, 20-30min cardio workout in the morning, 15mins on a spinning bike everyday and walk the dog sometimes go for a little jog too.

if you have 1200kal per day it's best. eating less doesn't help you loose weight. breakfast most important that what kick starts your metabolism. Herbalife tea and shake in the morning is great to.

Try only eating carbs on days you go to the gym, lower your fat intake on those days as well. Try eating a lot of veggies with each meal. Try to burn at least 500 calories when working out. These things helped me getting out of the “60’s” funk. Also drink 3L of water per day and cut out all “healthy” treats for at least a week or two.
