Well I haven't been on this site for quiet I while but I do record my meals almost everyday and my weight every week. Since I have been on here I have reached my goal of 150lbs 😃🎉🎊🎈super excited about that!! I have recently decided to make a new goal of 140 lbs. I really want to get down to 130 lbs but I figure I should wait till I get I 140 to see how I like it there to know weather I should lose anymore or not. I have totally changed how I feel about myself over this past year. I went from not being happy about myself and wanting to hide to really learning who I am as a person and loving myself. ❤💜❤💜 I am so happy that I can truly enjoy life.
