198.4 today. Inching along in the correct direction. After my elliptical workout yesterday I spent the morning swimming at a friend's house. Last time I tried to swim my stiff shoulder wouldn't cooperate. I was able to actually swim yesterday though and I'm now thinking about getting a new club membership somewhere with a pool and see if I can build up strength in my shoulder that way.

Today I'm not doing the elliptical, but will probably do some Wii Fit later on. I need to clean carpets, though, so that might end up being my workout today. lol

OH, carpet cleaning! That's always a workout! I keep looking at mine going eeeesh, I'm gonna have to do this soon, lol! Three kids though, I just know as soon as I get it done, some red kool aid is gonna find it's way back "home" in the carpet, LOL! I live in an apartment, and they have the dining room carpeted...how silly! Well if you decide to do the carpets, think of it as extra cals burned, that's what I do. It's something I don't normally do, so it's "extra". Like a bonus, LOL!

I got some of the carpet cleaning done. I seem to have strained a muscle behind my knee...apparently by walking to the mailbox! Yes, I have that kind of talent, to injure myself doing absolutely nothing. lol It caused me to curb my activities somewhat today because certain movements cause it to bite. Doesn't seem as sharp this evening, so I'm hoping it's ready for my elliptical workout in the morning.

Trust me I am no judge, lol. I have hurt myself in ways that even I don't know how I managed to do it. Hope you feel better.
