went to zumba class...twisted my ankle but loved it just the same. i felt a lil better here with the other non SAHM who are as uncoordinated and closier to my chunkiness. i know it was my first day in class but i admit wondering...will i always be the biggest girl in class? will i ever be the one that gets the move the first time and doesnt feel like a whale doing it?

I feel self-conscious a lot of the time too, but our way of thinking is a choice just like the food we eat is a choice. I can choose to let the self-consciousness eat away at my confidence & therefore put my weight loss at risk, or I can say "f*ck it, I'm doin this & I don't care what those other biotches think!!" You gotta get out there & get it girl!!!
