Getting used to the new scale. It's an adjustment, not only because it weighs me 1+ lbs higher than the old one, but because it weighs to the nearest 1/2 lb instead of the nearest 1/10 as the old one did. I weigh every day, so I'm used to seeing a fluctuation (either good or bad) every day, but now it seems stagnant for many days in a row, then drops a lot at once.
This week will be a challenge...travelling out of state for a family reunion. I'm trying to make as many plans ahead of time as possible, but know that there will be times it will be difficult to eat the right foods. I just hope that it's not too hard to get back onboard once I am back home.
