Weight up just a bit today, 198.8. Have been on course, though, so it's just one of those normal spikes. Shouldn't last long. Today is going to be tough, foodwise. We are going across town to a friends house to swim. No idea what lunch will be, or what time we will get to it. In my meal plan for today I allowed 500 calories for lunch, though, which is more than I usually use, so hopefully it will play out okay. Dinner tonight is ground turkey and black bean tacos. Now I try to muster the strength for my workout this morning...feeling more tired than usual.
