Youve done well. A day off definitely not going to take away from what you’ve achieved. I get your drift, crappy food is great while you eating it, and then not so great when it drags your body and energy down

Isn’t it crazy that the food we used to enjoy and struggle to leave is the same food now making us feel crap😳🤔 Who would’ve thunk 🤷🏽♀️😂
One day off won’t do damage to your journey. The upside is that now you know that your body has adapted to and prefers healthy eating 🙌🏾

Moderation... if you want to cheat. there is a thing called the 80/20 rule.
For a whole week you eat clean and on a Sunday have a cheat meal, but preferably in the morning. Have a pizza (which is the cleanest) and then carry on with clean eating, because the amount of calories you consumed and the sugar is insane😂 I would die.
