had a cheat day today witch i never do,started with a wimpy mushroom breakfast and then a movie where i ate a large popcorn and whispers with a large slushy,then for dinner i had a double spicey chicken burger with chips and a bar one ice cream at burger king,feeling pretty crappy at the moment.....

Youve done well. A day off definitely not going to take away from what you’ve achieved. I get your drift, crappy food is great while you eating it, and then not so great when it drags your body and energy down

Isn’t it crazy that the food we used to enjoy and struggle to leave is the same food now making us feel crap😳🤔 Who would’ve thunk 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 One day off won’t do damage to your journey. The upside is that now you know that your body has adapted to and prefers healthy eating 🙌🏾

So true! In my third month of healthy lifestyle and had a cheat day over the weekend🤢

Moderation... if you want to cheat. there is a thing called the 80/20 rule. For a whole week you eat clean and on a Sunday have a cheat meal, but preferably in the morning. Have a pizza (which is the cleanest) and then carry on with clean eating, because the amount of calories you consumed and the sugar is insane😂 I would die.
