Finally got my In-Body scan today. It’s been 8 weeks since the first one. I didn’t eat great today, but I’m still happy to report...
Lost 8.8 lbs, Gained 1.3 lb muscle, dropped 10.5 lbs of fat and dropped body fat by 3.3%.
Pretty happy with the results!
