Well so far this month hasn't been to great with weight loss, eating or exercising. I am happy though that I didn't gain weight this weekend. I had a good time visiting my family but seeing the UNHEALTHY way they live their lives makes me happy that I decided to make a change for myself. I joined a challange last week and I plan on sticking to that. Loose 25 lbs in 10 weeks would finally put me under 200. I can't believe how close I am. When I was 268 I felt as though I would never get there and now just a little over a year later I am only 25 lbs away. I really want to kick it into high gear this week and rid my body of all the crap i put into it over the weekend. I am feeling very confident that my next weight in will be a great success.
