I've done zero, zilch, zippo, NOT ANY excerising in the last two days. I was doing so well, and now I've lost all of my motivation. I get so frustrated when I don't instantly see or feel results (I know that's unrealistic of me, but it's the truth). Bah. I WILL workout today...

Exercise takes time to become a real habit. It might also help you to experiment with different types of exercise to find a few that you enjoy (or at least don't dislike as much!). If it feels like a chore then you're not going to want to do it. Keep trying. You will get the swing of it :)
