Of course.. typical headache. I find that as soon as I cut out all the sugars I get a headache a couple/few days later. It was bad yesterday but it seems better today. It may be because I'm getting over the flu, as well. It hit me and those around me pretty hard. At least I think it jump started my weight loss. ;)
The first phase of this diet is exciting because you lose weight fast (water weight, of course, but still fun to watch). I can weigh myself daily and see changes. I feel lighter, too, so that's a bonus. I'll be weighing in early week, likely Tuesday mornings, so no update today other than the journal entry.
