Hmm, 198.8 today. Suddenly I'm dropping really fast. Not sure what to make of it, but certainly expect it to slow down again soon. Happy to be gaining a little distance under the 200 mark though.

Didn't do any formal exercise yesterday, but took my daughter to some garage sales and a farmers market, so there was quite a bit of walking involved. Today any exercise will be of the leisurely variety also. Maybe some Wii golf or bowling, and house cleaning! Tomorrow morning it's back to the elliptical, bright and early. My weight loss this week tells me that my metabolism is at its best when I work out first thing.

We are going out for lunch to a restaurant that does not publish their nutritional information. Studying their menu, I think the safest option I see is a 6 oz sirloin with a side salad and steamed brocolli. I so appreciate the restaurants that put that information on their websites, it makes it much easier to know what the best options are. Winging it is something that I have to be prepared for though, I know that. I have to be able to make the best of a food situation and move on, not let it throw me off course. It's one meal. I can't eat every meal at home, even if it feels "safer" because I know exactly what I'm eating.
