This is the most I have exercised since I've moved here in July. I'm not even joking. A half hour walk (and I walk fast) nearly kills me. I can't believe I survived the full 50 minute walk home last week. Going to be doing it again tomorrow. Yikes. At least I'm moving though :)

Way to go on the exercise levels! Increasing activity takes a bit of getting used to but it does become a habit you look forward to. It might take a couple of months to happen, but when it does, you even miss it when you aren't able to get your usual workout in! Keep up the great effort!
