Well it’s been a horridly hectic couple of months. Living out of suit cases, eating quick and not always healthy meals. Stress and little or no time exercising (there’s no end in site as of yet either).... and my weight is showing it.
At least I’ve got vacation to look forward to in a few weeks.
Hope you all are doing great and that you’re doing much much better fighting the “life style change” battle.
Stay strong and keep smiling... we’re all in this together :)
