so I am a little bit grumpy with my weight gain. I think it has more to do with ,e being bloated because that time of the month is just around the corner. It sucks because I just started this new weight loss group and I feel like I am failing them. I just hope that next week gets better. I have been going to the gym as often as possible. Since I work some nights, it is really hard to find time to go. I guess I can do some walking on the days I work on my lunch break. I need to get some more exercise if I am going to make this work. I also need to stop eating so much junk food.
