Yes, I know it's pretty much the same as 52Kg -- BUT: the mental high of being in the 51 range is amazing.
Also I lost weight when yesterday I ate around 1700Kcal. Meaning that with the level of work out that I'm at now (every day at least 20 mins of yoga, plus treadmill every other day), I could easily be consuming around 2000Kcal.
CHEESECAKE HERE I COME.
