200.2 today....so, so close! Hard to believe I was 206 just 4 days ago, I knew it was the sodium. That's why I like to eat at home...I can control ingredients, and that appeals to the control freak in me. :) I do think exercising first thing in the morning again is making a difference...it is much better for my metabolism to work out before breakfast rather than later in the day.

Today I have to have my annual bone density tests, so I will spend a good part of the morning at the doctors office. I will probably take half a South Beach Diet meal replacement bar for my mid-morning snack, since yogurt would seem to be a bit impractical. Wish I had bought bananas at the market yesterday, that would have been ideal.

Dinner tonight...stir frying some chicken, onions, and bell peppers, and serving them with brown rice and some fruit for dessert.

After my workout I weighed in at 199.2! Sure it's temporary, but it felt good to see it nonetheless. lol Should be under 200 for real in the next few days. My low, before I derailed, was in the 184 range...can't wait to get back there!
