Hello All,katsmab here a newbee to fatsecret, been on many diets over the last 15yrs, loose 20 and thats about it... Need/want to get the weight off once and for all. Starting to get health issues due to excess weight, plus son is getting married in July, hopefully more reason to stick to getting healthy..lookin for pointer here, what may have helped you,does anyone cook meals ahead for the week? open for suggestions..... looks like a great place to be....
