All the worry for nothing. I'm maintaining. Or not. I'm swapping fat for muscle for sure.

It's all yoga, btw, my friends. I love it! I haven't been running because I'm sick, but I kept on with the yoga, and damn... in just a month I can do so much more, I feel so much stronger and just overall healthier...
I've been eating a lot. I've upped the cals because I guess I'm burning through it all.
It's amazing how last year I was at 1200 Kcals, which is a very small breakfast, small lunch and small dinner, and right now I'm eating big meals, dessert, and snack later at night when I'm hungry as hell.
I estimate I'd be around 1800Kcals.
Anyway... feeling good!
