Hoping to lose at least 150 pounds and of course have never succeeded but I am really motivated right now and would love some support and encouragement and anyone to help hold me accountable to my goal......

I'm not on Atkins but I still got your back! Glad to see you're motivated, as we all know that can come & go so enjoy it while it's here, lol. When it's not, you've got a whole community of motivation to draw from...love it here. :)

Welcome. I started with 170#s to loose, and am currently sitting about 85# down. It is a long road, but if you make the commitment to change your lifestyle permanently, you CAN do it.

Thanks, I am excited that I won a MAJOR battle with temptation while at the store tonight. I was really proud and have been "sober" (for lack of a better word) for about a week now........
