A little something to encourage you guys. It's not easy, I know. I've always been skinny, did ballet years ago yet I put on 40lbs during my pregnancy. So I know the struggle, took me 18 months to get rid of it. Picture wise, it is not far from my place, I like to walk in nature. So my basic advice: start with 15min walk every day, watch your calories and avoid processed food. And when you can, lift, it will change your life!
