Getting back on track after a nice work vacation with my wife. Been in “maintenance” most of the month (eating treats, drinking beer, exercising) It’s all balancing out, but I’m ready to take the next step.

My wife started charting her food on FS while on vacation. I’m really proud of her. She lost 7 lbs on vacation!!!!
